As a trainer clients would always want to know -What are the best nutritional supplements for weight loss?

nutritional supplements for weight lossI suppose it’s a fair enough question. If your trying to make the scale go down knowing what nutritional supplements for weight loss would be helpful, sure.  Everybody wants a fat-burner to drink or take in pill form. Why because it’s easy.

Just remember one thing though” What nutritional supplement did you take to gain weight?”  A little hint started with a F ended with a D, maybe had a couple of O’s in there.

That’s right food with a extra helping of inactivity. At least that’s how it happened for me. Maybe it’s a little different for some of you other people out there, but I’m a little skeptical.

So does that mean there are no good nutritional supplements for weight loss?

No I’m not saying that. There are a lot of great products out there. I just don’t believe people should focus on nutritional supplements for weight loss or any other fitness goal for that matter.nutritional supplements for weight loss

What level is your fitness commitment?

How much fitness commitment can you muster?

I just want to say this past two weeks my fitness commitment was really been tested. Week one I didn’t do so well, but week two I really kicked ass.  2 weeks ago I got hit with a serious case off the lazies. That is probably what carried me through this past week.fitness commitment

The Idea of not upholding my fitness commitment two weeks in a row was unacceptable.

See I had two weeks of hell at work. The first working around 50 hrs + another 5-10 hrs on my at home businesses.

Week two was 68 hrs + 2-5 hrs working on my at home business. On top of that I lose 10 hrs a week to my commute.

My Wife finds Fitness with 7 Minute Workout.

Hey guys if you have been following me you know I’m a personal trainer or least that is where my education lies. I worked in the fitness industry for 5 years before going off to pursue other things.

The only problem is those other things really took a toll on my health and fitness and you know what they say birds of a feather. As I began getting more and more out of shape I found I had company, my wife Stephanie.
