I suppose it’s a fair enough question. If your trying to make the scale go down knowing what nutritional supplements for weight loss would be helpful, sure. Everybody wants a fat-burner to drink or take in pill form. Why because it’s easy.
Just remember one thing though” What nutritional supplement did you take to gain weight?” A little hint started with a F ended with a D, maybe had a couple of O’s in there.
That’s right food with a extra helping of inactivity. At least that’s how it happened for me. Maybe it’s a little different for some of you other people out there, but I’m a little skeptical.
So does that mean there are no good nutritional supplements for weight loss?
The key thing to remember is there called S-U-P-P-L-E-M-E-N-T-S for a reason. These things should be supplemental to a sound nutrition choices and a active lifestyle.

Well first off focus macro nutrients. My top two being water and protein. Next a good fiber supplement if you don’t think you can get 25-30 grams in a day. That along with lifestyle changes take out some bad habits throw some good ones in there. That is the kind of stuff I put stock in.
